All appointments must be booked in advance, subject to availability.
We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
A valid contact number and/or email are required for booking confirmations and reminders.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposits.
Prepaid packages, gift vouchers, or memberships are non-refundable but may be transferable with prior approval.
Payments are accepted via cash, card, UPI, or other accepted methods.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.
All services must be paid for in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Blue Ocean Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted at the spa and on our official communication channels.
